How to make: 1. In a bowl, gently mix 50g of Protein pancake mix with 70ml of water or milk of choice. Stir until a smooth batter is formed. 2. Preheat the pan to a medium heat and lightly grease it. 3. Pour batter into the pan and cook the pancake until bubbles appear (approx. 2 mins). Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown. 4. Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
