Ingredients: Gelatin, Microcrystalling Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Titanium Dioxide & FD&C Blue #1.

Allergen Warning: Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, egg, soybeans, shellfish, wheat and tree nuts.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal 30-60 minutes before training. This product should be used in conjunction with a proper exercise and nutrition regimen.
